After Hours IT for Skilled Nursing and SLC Campus
Important changes are being made to after-hours technical support for
the skilled nursing facilities and SLC campus only effective October 26, 2022:
- AFTER HOURS SUPPORT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE CREATION OF PCC USER ACCOUNTS AND ASSOCIATED COMPUTER PASSWORD RESETS.
- After-hours support hours are:
- 8PM - 6AM Monday-Thursday
- 8PM Friday – 6AM Monday
- Holidays 24 Hours
- Each skilled nursing facility/SLC campus site needs to designate one or two Wellspring staff members to place and receive support calls.
- Call (810) 600-6933
- Identify yourself
- State the first and last name of the person who needs a PCC account or password reset.
- State whether they need an account or password reset(s).
- State your location (be consistent, e.g., Fairview should always say Fairview and not AVC, Ausable, etc.)
- State whether the person is a Wellspring employee or agency staff. If an agency staff member, identify which agency the staff member is from.
- LEAVE A GOOD CALL BACK NUMBER FOR YOU THAT IS ANSWERED
- Other support issues should be entered in the Wellspring helpdesk and will be responded to during normal business hours.
- EXCEPTION: IF the internet is down for the entire building and there is not a local power outage, call (810) 600-6933
