After Hours IT for Skilled Nursing and SLC Campus


Important changes are being made to after-hours technical support for
the skilled nursing facilities and SLC campus only effective October 26, 2022:

  • AFTER HOURS SUPPORT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE CREATION OF PCC USER ACCOUNTS AND ASSOCIATED COMPUTER PASSWORD RESETS.
    • After-hours support hours are:
      • 8PM - 6AM Monday-Thursday
      • 8PM Friday – 6AM Monday
      • Holidays 24 Hours

    • Each skilled nursing facility/SLC campus site needs to designate one or two Wellspring staff members to place and receive support calls. Agency Staff should not enter their own tickets either in the helpdesk or the after-hours number.
      • Call (810) 600-6933
      • Please provide the following information:
        • State your name, slowly and clearly
        • Provide the Wellspring location name and city
        • Indicate if this is for a new account or a password reset on an existing account.
        • Say and spell the User’s first and last name requiring access.
        • State whether this is for Point Click Care (PCC or POC), a computer login, or both.
        • State the user's position and indicate if they are a Wellspring employee or agency staff and mention which agency.
        • Provide a good callback number so we can reach you for confirmation or questions. Using the site's main number, please indicate who to ask for or the area/location (e.g., wing or extension)
        • Provide any additional information that may be pertinent
        • All information should be received by phone. Texting is not secure and should not be used.
    • Other support issues should be entered in the Wellspring helpdesk and will be responded to during normal business hours.
    • EXCEPTION: IF the internet is down for the entire building and there is not a local power outage, call (810) 600-6933
