Setting up Microsoft Teams
These directions will allow you set up Microsoft Teams. Please check with your supervisor to see if you need an account.
A help desk ticket will need to be placed before these directions will be valid to obtain an account.
Your login will be your email address.
All initial passwords are Welcome1 – you will be asked to change when you login the first time. This password is separate from any others you have.
This login will also allow you to add teams to your cell phone and have chats on the go if needed.Please go to https://teams.microsoft.com/
Follow the login prompt. If it asks you to reduce the number of logins, click No.
Once logged in your will get this screen:
Choose the Windows app, it will download and install. If you
have issues, place a ticket and we will get you set.
The web app is available also.
Currently, teams does not integrate into Outlook until we switch to Office 365.
