Call forward from desk phone (Setting and Removal instructions)

Forward NEC desk phone to cell phone (NEC Systems Only)

 

1.       From your desk phone press the top button that corresponds to the down arrow on the display screen. You are are looking for the Prog option to show on the display screen, so you may have to push the down arrow twice.

2.       Once you see the Prog option press the button associated with that.

3.       Next, press the CFWD option.

4.       Then press the option for ALL.

5.       Then press the button for SET.

6.       Now enter 9, 1, and the 10-digit number that you want calls forwarded to.

NOTE: You may not have to press 1 in front of the number.

7.       Once you enter the number in, pick up the handset and put back down on the phone to save the changes.


NOTE: If you are not seeing the options stated in the directions above or after following the directions the call forward isn't working, please submit a helpdesk ticket for further assistance.

To remove call forward follow the instructions below.

3.       Next, press the CFWD option.

4.       Then press the option for ALL.

5.       Then press the button for CANCEL.

Hang up the phone.
