Exponent Password Reset

1. First, check and make sure you have the correct username. Most times this is not correct, and remember that it is case sensitive. Click the User ID link.
   

2. Next, fill out the requested information with your last name and Social Security Number. It does need the dashes. Then hit Submit.
   

3. You can see it shows the correct username. Go ahead and click Select and it will add the username to the log in screen.
   

4. You will now see it added on the login screen. You can try what you think is your password again. If this doesn’t work. Click on the forgot password link.
   

5. This will take you to the next page where you need to fill out the requested information. Your username should already be filled out, but remember, if it’s not, it is case sensitive. Use dashes when filling out your Social Security Number. The click on Submit.
   

6. It takes you to the reset password screen. Fill it out, but you DO NOT need to reset your username. Fill out the password reset and click Submit.
   

7. When you reset it successfully you will see, the below. Then click on OK.
   

8. Go ahead and log in with your username/password that you have just reset.
