Password Reset – OWA (Outlook Web App)
- Go to this page: https://mail.wellspringlutheran.com/owa
- Login with your credentials.
- SSS Users: Type in the following username: wellspring\username, password: current password
- CFS Users: Type in the following username: username, password: current password
- In the upper right corner next to your name click on the settings button , just before the ? button. Click change password
- Type in your current password, new password and confirm new password and then click save.
Note: Password must be a least 8 characters long and needs to contain at least one capitalized letter and at least one number
- If you are in a Wellspring office, logoff and then login again with the new password. Click Start, left click on the person symbol and then click sign out.
- If you are not in a Wellspring office, you do not need to log off at this point. Your password has been changed and can be used. Though, if you reboot or log off your laptop, your Windows password will still be your old one, until you get in the office. Once you are back in the office your laptops will sync up with the server and then you can use your new password to login to Windows.
- If your password has expired or your current password doesn’t allow you to login, please submit a help desk ticket.
